The criteria to calculate the best four subjects mark for admission to B.A (Hons) English is as follows

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% aggregate marks
• The candidate must include the marks scored in one Language and three other Academic or Elective subjects.
• It is mandatory to include the marks scored in English

Based on the given criteria you can only include English subject marks that you have score, you cannot include Hindi and English as you have to include only one language and three Academic/Elective subjects.
