Yes, ideally you should be able to score 160-171 marks, but you will have to devote extensive time to studying. More importantly than studying hard, you must study smart.
1.Look at the paper pattern from the previous years. Understand the pattern.
2.Then, go through the topic wise weightage of each subject. Understand and focus on those topics in which you feel you can easily score.
3. Practice Practice Practice- Remember, there is no substitute to hardwork. In order to properly understand the topics, practice from various books, and be sure to regularly revise the concepts.
4. Prepare a timetable- Prepare a strict timetable AND ADHERE TO IT. I can't stress this enough.

5. Solve some good books and previous year's question papers. Some books I would recommend are-

2. H. C VERMA for JEE Physics
3. DC PANDEY for class 11th and 12th Physics
Mathematics

4. ML Khanna for IIT Mathematics
Chemistry
1. Organic Chemistry-O. P Tandon
2. Inorganic Chemistry-J. D Lee ( Read this regularly to memorize)
3. Physical Chemistry-R.C Mukherjee

Yes ofcourse 3months is enough to get 160 - 170 mark's in JEE Mains. Actually I was a NEET and WBJEE aspirant and i was studying only 3 and half months and getting good marks also. I'll give you some tips.
1. Just focused on your studying.
2.You can make your own routine and follow this accordingly.
3. You know what's subject your strength and what topic also, so just focused on it. And doing your best on it.
4. You know your weakness that which chapter you didn't know very well than just keep it or just follow main points on this chapter.
5. And try to answer correct number if you are not confident enough for any question just ignore it. Do not guess any answer. It'll hamper your mark's.

Nothing is actually impossible. What matters more is how dedicated you are to your goal. If you actually put all your efforts into it, and you have certain basic knowledge about the subjects, then, there might be a chance. I won't say you can easily crack it with only 3 months of preparation, as that time is actually less. But if you are so dedicated into it and put your 100% in it, it is not something you cannot achieve.
