Hello Amit,
No, there's no surity that Delhi university will definitely release it's sixth cutoff.
All depends on the availability of the seats in the particular college and in that particular course.
Also you must have heard the news that there are admission in few courses more than the number of seats.
Also as fifth cutoff is recently released, the availability of the seats in the college and course will be soon notified on the official website of Delhi university.
