Is it true that DU cut 10% marks of State board/Haryana Board students?

No there is no such provision of deduction of marks/percentage based on state boards.
If your best four percentage is 92.5 it will be counted as same.
Only criteria to calculate best four is that : inclusion of one language , subject in which you seek admission , and any two subjects.

Hello ajit

No there is no such system where DU Cut 10% out of state board students. All state boards students are considered at par with CBSE students. Your admission will solely based on your boards percentage.

If you have scored a good Percentage in boards you will get in, need not worry.
