Is it true that through UPSEE exam this year, ,I can get admission in HBTU,Kanpur..???

There is no official notification.

In order to take admision in HBTU you have to appear for JEE Main exam then university will conduct his own counselling.

Candidates of UP domicile are only eligibe to apply for HBTU.
