Hello Student!
The Central Government has recently introduced 10% reservation quota for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) among General Category candidates in government jobs and educational institutions.
Indian Institute of Technology is one such institution.
Your admission into IIT is going to be based on your JEE Advanced rank and not JEE Main .
So it's definitely safer to keep the certificate for JEE Advanced as well.
