Hey,

Ews means

1.family gross annual income below 8lakhs

2.your caste is not under obc st and sc

3.you have land less than 5 acres

4.you dont have residential more than 1000sq ft

Above mentioned category you have to produce all the 4 certificate before co or tehsildar then he will check that you are eligible or not. Its a very long process it may take upto 1 months or more

You have to make many affidavit for this
