Hi. I am unable to guess perfectly what you are asking but based on what I know, JEE Advanced does not ask for the "ex-serviceman certificate" . It is only a criteria given in JEE Mains. You should maybe send a mail to the concerned authorities regarding this. They will definitely clear your doubts.
