Is it worth it to give the WBJEE exam provided I am not a West Bengal resident and not even much prepared for the JEE Mains?

Dear Aspirant,
You shouldn't never refrain yourself from giving exam. Every exam you give is worth giving. The results may not be in favor of you but despite that you get a chance to identify your mistakes. And  Rectification follows identification. Don't worry if you feel you are less prepared for JEE exam, these state exams are your next best option if you don't perform well in JEE. Check past year papers of WBJEE exam and see if you can crack it with consistent practice. So, my advice is don't miss any exam. Stay positive, work hard and you will definitely figure it out.
