No Its ois Not the best but It is Good and In many aspects, it is considered as One of the Premier Institutes of India, If you are Talking about Best In computer science then IIT Bombay is No doubt the best among all in India, Followed by IIT Delhi and Kanpur. Even If you do not Include IITs then also we Have BITS, NITs which are better then Jadavpur but after all This is also One among the best so You can go for It there will not be much difference between Other and this university.
