You can get admission into NITs and other institutions  (that accept JEE Mains marks)  for B.Arch course using your JEE Mains paper 2 marks. Also, you can take admission into other universities by giving the entrance examinations held by them. You also ought to clarify NATA ( in all cases ) in order to take admission into B.Arch. courses.
