Hello,

They both are held at totally different time.
The KCET counseling is for seats allocation in engineering colleges while The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Banglore is the competent conducting authority for Karnataka MBBS 2020 counselling.Total of three rounds of counselling are held along with the mop-up round for Karnataka MBBS BDS admission 2020.
The only similarity is that both KCET and Karnataka NEET counseling is conducted by KEA.

I hope this helps.
