Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, formerly K L University, is an institute deemed to be university located in the Vaddeswaram Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh, India. It consists of 11 academic departments and six schools, with emphasis on scientific and technological research.

KL University offers B.Tech, Integrated B.Tech, B.Pharm and B.Arch programs in various specializations at UG level. Basic eligibility criteria is 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 60% marks in the related subject group. For admission to B.Tech, candidate should fulfill the following required eligiblity: 

• A Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% and above in aggregate and 60% and above in Group subjects.
• Students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) are eligible for all B.Tech programmes including Bio-Technology.
• Students with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) are eligible for B.Tech (Bio Technology) and B.Pharmacy.

Placements : The college is good for placements. Placements are increasing every year, and nearly 70% of the students got placements. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is 7 LPA. A minimum of 85% of the students get internships, so it's helpful for getting placed in some good companies.
