There is no such guidelines about nails and nail polish. It would likely to have no problems with it as nails are the part of body. But you are suggested to take nail cutter to avoid miscommunication with invigilators at the examination centre. Invigilators are very strict as they are instructed to do so, please be careful about dress code.
