You cannot apply for MBBS in India or even in any other country if you are Visually Handicapped . Vision is very important for the practice of medicine.

Just to be clear, visual disability does not mean wearing glasses. Refractive error is not a disability as some people like to believe! If you have 20/20 (or 6/6) vision with glasses then you have perfect vision .
So , in that case you will definitely be allowed to take admission in MBBS Program.
