Mahatma Gandhi medical University have its own entrance exam..The name of the exam conducted is Mahatma Gandhi University Entrance Test(MGU ET).You need to clear this exam to get admission in MGU..

Admission to all medical colleges in the country (except AIIMS and JIPMER) is done on the basis of NEET UG entrance exam. 
Admission to Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences is also on the basis of marks in the NEET UG entrance exam.
