If you are talking about NEET pg and MCI screening test them obviously the NEET is tough because it needs broad knowledge which MCI is just for clinical cases.
 
If you are talking about undergraduate level then both are very different as NEET is an entrance test and MCI is for screening. For NEET there are lakhs of students competing and for MCI you get 50% and you are fine
