Looking at placements,it is not as promising as it once did. Only a handful of people are fortunate enough to get into companies of interest right after graduation. But for students with a research mindset it is a wonderful place to gain knowledge and propel themselves with a PG course thereafter.

Mit is one of top colleges in Tamil nadu under Anna university. The college has reputation still today, as former president ApJ Abdul kalam sir studied there. If you are research oriented then there are plenty of opportunities available to improve your knowledge and understanding.  Apart from this ,placement is good and decent,  but only few core companies offer aerospace placement.  Only handful of top students get core domain rest opt for gate or job in it sector.

Because as you know that chennai is known as one of the best states to provide quality education in the field of aerospace and aeronautical engineering . So definately if you do hardwork the there are plenty of companies which recruit aerospace engineers in chennai.
