Hello sir,if your doubt is about cutoff then I would like to clarify that cutoff doesn't change once it's out and official. Mopup round is just a round of counselling where left out seat are opened and it's quite easy to get but the possibility of getting a seat is only minor. One has to be very very percise with their counselling and choice of colleges to be able to get a seat in mopup round. You can definitely get a seat even at low marks but cutoff doesn't change .
