Well gurantees no but motilal nehru national institute of technolgy is the topmost engineering college in india and has a stellar acadmeic record average package ranges between 8-11lacs which is quite good, highest package well it depends on the student recently a student bagged an offer for 1.34 crore from nit allahabad for facebook , so yes quite good placement record, as for the question guranteed placement no college in the world can give guranteed placement for example if a student is hardworking he can get placed from a tier 3 engg college too, if a student is hardworking and from nit allahabad he will without a doubt be placed in good company very easily as the institute is so good and reputed but if a student is not hard working has not developed any skillset he wont be placed even from iit, so yes you even from nit if you work hard study sincerely you will be getting placed.
