Greetings !

Though BIT Mesra is a top ranked Engg. college but Civil Engineenering in this college is not that good. Very few core companies visit for civil and the average package is also quite disappointing.
But just for the sake of reputation of college you must choose BIT Mesra as it is more reputed than MS ramaiah. It is completely my opinion. Or you can do more research!

Hello Rohit,
BIT is a good option for you. Because of placements, faculties and students ratio(13:1) which is better in comparison to MSRIT. One thing that is to be noticed is that BIT us accredited by NBA while MSRIT is not.
