No, you'll hardly find and common chapters in both.
If you've studied 11th -12th properly, then also you need not have to be good at JAM topics, because JEE is all about your aptitude towards all 3 subjects PCM, but JAM is all about precise mastery on any of the subject which you want to give exam of.
Like you said Maths, the 11-12th grade is so easy as compared to JAM syllabus, there's no comparison in both.

Here you have Real Analysis, Group Theory, Vector Calculus, Linear Algebra, ODE and Integral Calculus.
Some parts of ODE is of 12th like Homogeneous DEs, Integrating factors finding but you'll find it very new.
So do not remain confident about your JEE preparation as it will not help you out here.
You'll find theoretical Maths here, you'll find tonnes of theorems and proofs, you'll find problems in linking out Linear Algebra concepts and the toughest of all Real Analysis and Group Theory.

Work Hard in mastering in these topics if you want to clear JAM Maths.

Hi ! Look, if you have a proper concept of class 11 and 12 maths then you will not have any problem to crack IIT jam maths exam. Every chapter of class 11 and 12 overlaps with the syllabus of IIT jam maths but in IIT jam maths the applications are vast bit with in depth study. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
