Drishya,
If I were to advise you, I will definitely say yes NCERT is more than enough for JEE MAINS.
Chemistry section of JEE mains is more learning oriented questions rather than practical applications. Yes there are some numericals but more Theory based questions come.
Until last year CBSE was conducting JEE MAINS. So mains paper was basically ncert oriented as you know ncert is prescribed book for CBSE. NTA is also following the same trend you can read reviews of JEE MAINS JANUARY AND APRIL students and teacher said that paper is mostly from NCERT.
You can totally rely on NCERT and its syllabus and topics for JEE Mains chemistry portion. But for organic chemistry I will recommend you to look at other books tooo. You may refer OP tandon.
For Inorganic and physical chemistry NCERT is enough. Do practice NCERT back questions. Or if possible download NCERT exempler from net and do practice it's question for physics, chemistry, maths. It will definitely help you to score good markss in jee mains.
If you still have any query you may ask in comment section.
