NCERT is gold mine for biology .almost 95% question comes  from ncert but the main problem is there is vast syllabus so that most of the student forget the importamt material regarding exam. my advice is to highlight  the importamt points that you are not remember easily.

Ncert is like the Bible boook of NEET. Maximum questions almost 80/85 out of 90 questions come from ncert only. But the part is that all don't come straight away they all come in a twisted way so you have to practice previous years papers or some good mcq book to be able to tackle such questions apart from this if you ask, then yes NCERT is enough for NEET BIOLOGY 2020.
