Ncert is very much important for organic chemistry of jee mains but may not be completely enough. You should read the complete ncert first but after that you must try to look at various other books also, as ncert lacks in much information. Go for arihant books or something like that. You can also take up study materials specially made for jee nains by allen, aakash or fiitjee, etc. To score good in organic chemistry and study all the topics that might be important for jee mains.

For JEE Mains, You can say NCERT will be great. But for JEE Advanced only NCERT will not be enough. You can follow Solomon Fryle for Organic Chemistry.
