NCERT book will help you to make your base strong. 

It will help you to work on your concepts and you can build your fundamentals strong. 

You should also solve questions which are given after completing each chapter. 

Make sure you clear all your dobts

NCERT in enough for biology and chemistry.

For physics you can refer NCERT alongwith DC Pandey

Don't forget to refer previous year papers they are very important to enhance your preparation. 

If you preparing for AIIMS don't forget the GK section.

Read newspapers daily you must be aware of the current affairs.
