Hello Abhishek

Biology section in the NEET UG question paper comprises of 90 questions offering a total of 360 marks. NCERTs are the most important books for preparation of NEET exam and you must be thorough with the NCERT textbooks of Class 11 and 12 as the syllabus and questions of Biology are almost entirely based on it.

Some questions are also asked from outside the NCERt textbooks so you should refer to other important books for in-depth knowledge of the subject. Some other important books are

Biology Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Trueman

Objective Biology by Dinesh

Objective Botany by Ansari

Pradeep Guide on Biology

GR Bathla publications for Biology

If you strictly follow NCERT when you will be able to score a maximum of 280 to 300 out of 360
if you include preparations from the two volumes of Truman, the Pradeep and Dinesh series then you can read it up to attending around 330 to 350 out of 360.
I would suggest you practice giving as many mark and secured lamination to reduce the negative marking and work on a time management and question selection skills
