Nope. Definitely not. They provide building blocks of information but you do need to follow other sources like Arihant series and previous year questions for the same.

Hello Shubham As per your query i would like to tell you NCERT is most important but remember NCERT is not sufficient..

Because the paper is made by cbse and their syllabus is NCERT .

But some questions Come other than the NCERT .

So to conclude do NCERT at its core but read little bit extra while doing questions and revision.


prefer a few other books to help u with questions.

NCERT will provide you a strong base. You can not rely only on NCERT's - since they are designed for syllabus only.

For NEET preparation your syllabus is based on NCERT books. It is recommended that  you should throughly read NCERT books. Topics which are given after completing each chapter are very important. 

If you want you can go through NCERT Exemplar as well. 

 

To score good marks in physics it is very important to solve previous year questions and complete mock test series for your preparation.

 

Apart, from NCERT you can also recommended Arihant publication.
