There are chances and discussions for it going on. But as of now there has been no official announcement yet.
But it's not that feasible this year I think. Because they need to inform before so that people can prepare .
I'll say don't think about it now at all. It's highly unpredictable.

There is a hell lot of probability that jee mains and NEET are again going to be held in dec 2018 but there has not been any official statement released yet.
