No NEET is not compulsory for BPT.

No need of NEET for physiotherapy they have their own CET(common entrance test) for bachelor's in physiotherapy

No .. neet ug doesnt includes physiotherapy course..
Admission to physiotherapy course will be done by the individual exam which will be conducted by university along with paramedical course..

If you want to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance exam. There are many good and well renown universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology). you can opt for Bachelor of Physiotherapy which is total of 4.5 years program.

No. It is not. But some institutes might consider NEET score to give an MBBS seat.
