Dear Monika, NEET score are not considered for AIIMS. AIIMS is an autonomous medical Institutiomn and conducts its own Medical Entrance Examination called AIIMS MBBS. This is for all AIIMS Branches including New Delhi. AIIMS score cannot be used for NEET counselling and NEET score cannot be used for AIIMS admissions. Both have their own individual entrance examinations. AIIMS doesnt reveal marks. The scoring is in percentiles. In 2018, the cut offs.for Delhi Campus were:

OBC: 99.940
SC:99.716
ST: 99.476

AIIMS MBBS cut off for 2019 will be released in the form of percentage marks. These percentage marks will be calculated on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the entrance and further applying the normalisation procedure.
