In Tamil nadu they not yet started to take Neet marks

Nope, board marks aren't enough for doing any medical course. NEET is the only way to get into these medical courses may it be MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS or BPT. You will get admission into colleges based on your NEET marks only out of 720 and for board marks you will just have an eligibility criteria of scoring 50% or equivalent and above in each of the subjects - PCB.
