Yes, it has been said that NEET will be conducted twice a year from the year 2020 as stated by HRD ministry.

But it will be conducted only once this year.

According to HRD ministry neet will be conducted twice i.e. first session from 3rd to 17 February and second ses from 12 to 26 may in the academic year 2020.
