No, you do not need NEET exam for doing B.Sc in Genetics.
The eligibility criteria to do B.sc in genetics is to have 50% aggregate marks in class 12 examination in subjects physics , chemistry and biology.
The selection is based on the merit list by the college and also some institutions give admission on the basis of entrance exam.
