If your question is in reference to commencement of registration for counselling of BFTech/BDes then no it's hasn't yet started nor any official date has been provided by the institute, Once the date is announced, candidates can register at official webiste by providing credentials and selecting their counselling campus, there's no registration fee in the first round of counselling.
