Admission in MBBS ,BDS, Ayush courses like BHMS ,bams and bvsc is through Neet examination.

MCI doesn't favour student of open boards to be eligible for Neet examination but MHRD treats it against the policies of government of equal learning and equal career opportunities for the students of open boards . Now, this matter is in Supreme Court, and the eligibility of students of open board is subject to the the outcome of the judgement of the supreme court but till the outcome of the judgement comes ,students who have passed their 12th from recognised open boards like NIOS etc are eligible for Neet examination.

So, you don't need to worry at all even if you have passed your 12th from NIOS you are still eligible for Neet examination provided

you must have passed 12th nios examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /stcategory , or at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.


Also,
to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

And after qualifying Neet examination you can get admission in MBBS BDS Ayush courses bvsc on the basis of marks or rank of obtained by you in NEET examination.
