Yes ,The percentile you will score in Jee mains will be considered for further couselling process of Josaa.Percentile means the percentage of candidates you have left behind in competition of jee mains .For example you got 90 percentile in jee mains then it means 90 percentage of student are below your rank and percentile score.This is key factor of normally procedure by Nta.
