Hi Jasleen.

PGIMER Chandigarh B.Sc nursing entance exam is an online computer based exam which means you need to go to the exam centre mentioned in your hall ticket & appear for the exam but you do not need to write the exam with pen & paper. All the questions will be presented to you through a PC allotted to you on that day & you can answer right there.

If you have already applied for the entrance exam then I'm sure you must be having a username & password from the time you have registered. Go to this link: https://cdn.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/2650/71038/Index.html
& login with your username & password & then you can view your application form.
