is programming is necessary for becoming an good engineer or we can do something different plz tell me if we are not a programmer so what we can do other things to develop ourselves for getting job in an IT or other engineering sectors??

Dear Aspirant,

For  a career in computer science and IT field you must have to learn programming. If you somehow not able to learn or understand programming then you can not get a job in IT sector. Even if you manage to get a job in some comapany you might not see a career growth.

In this situation I suggest you must change career, and go for MBA. You can make a good career there and you do not need to know about programming there.
