Is Rajasthan an open state for NEET UG? Does it accept students through management quota from other states?

Hello,

No, the 85% state quota seats of Rajasthan are reserved only for those candidates who have the domicile of Rajasthan and no one else.

If non-domicile holders want to take admission in government medical colleges of Rajasthan then they can do so by counselling through 15% AIQ seats, otherwise they cannot.

However, non-domicile holders can apply for private medical colleges of a state through management quota if they fulfill the required eligibility criterias.
