So we can not say that it is right or wrong because it gives results on basis of previous year trends and other various factors into consideration.

It is accurate nearly about +- 10% untill there is something happen in the statistics.

So just take it as reference.

Yes career 360 predictors gives you almost around off ranks based on various factors, it wont give you exact ranks but an expected or close by ranks
