To participate in both counsellings you have to register yourself for both separately. As the All India counselling is conducted by MCC where the state quota counselling is conducted by the state authorities, say for Gujarat it is organised by ACPUGMEC where students will register themselves at medadmgujarat.org , where the process is held for 85 percent of seats. Yet, MCC has not announced the schedule for NEET UG counselling for government or private colleges.
