Is solving past year jee main physics and chemistry questions beneficial for neet?

Hey,
It's completely your call as to from where you want to practice objectives. However,you must keep in mind that the question of JEE Mains are tougher as compared to NEET and it's very time consuming also .
See,if you are able to solve the questions,then it's great. If not,then you must stick to the questions of NEET.

If you wish to solve the past year questions just for practice purpose in your free time then you can definitely go for it. However, if you want to solve the questions just expecting that you might get the similar type of questions in the paper then you shouls stick to past year NEET questions. Hope this helps.

Yes it is beneficial . If you solve past year Jee paper for Chemistry and Physics then you can gain  lots of concept which will help you in neet . In many time Jee main questions directly asked in medical Neet paper .
