Sri Rawatpura Sarkar University and Kalinga university, Raipur both are top rated educational Institutes. Both the colleges provide excellent placements. It is difficult to differentiate them. However, the placement records are better in Rawatpura. But one thing you must keep in mind, at end of the day, Self Study is most important.
