i'm gonna say some things, which is the information from the final year student of SRM.i hope it will help you to decide.

lets start,

ACADEMICS: It is totally depend on u.

INFRASTRUCTURE:no doubt in it,it will'be awesomatic one.so you'll be attracted towards it.

PLACEMENT:they have tie up with many MNC's, so dont worry there will be good/decent level of placement.

FACULTIES:they will say like WORLD CLASS FACULTIES, there is nothing like that.they all are graduated from local colleges and it'll be like school thing

LABS:this is also includes in the infrastructure section.

HOSTEL: this is the worst part of SRM.there is no proper food and water facilities, then mainly no all time  wi-fi.social media like fb ,are banned.i heard that there will bullying also.

i'm not enemy to the SRM institute, the above content was given by the students who were in SRM so think and decide.all the best!!!!!!!!
