Hi Apporv

Student from one state is eligible for only 15% AIQ to get admission in other states.

So, sorry to say..
But student from Bihar is only eligible for 15% AIQ in Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka
They can't enjoy 85% state quota

But anyways
Be Positive and best of luck for exam!!
You will surely succeed!!
