Can a student having Bihar domicile apply for 85% state quota counselling in other states?

Hello Aspirant!
- A person with Bihar domicile cannot apply for state quota of any other state except for Bihar
- Besides, candidates can apply for the 85 percent state quota of only one state. Applying to the state quota of multiple states is illegal and may lead to cancellation of your candidature as well as you may be barred from giving NEET UG in the future.
- You can apply for the medical colleges of other states via the 15 percent All India Quota.

Thank you mam
Actually, in the state of Karnataka, thare are some exceptional cases wherein a non-resident of Karnataka can apply for the state quota seats ( this is usually for the private colleges) but there are various clauses for that. Check out those clauses and see if you fulfill any of them. In any case, the ultimate priority is given to Karnataka origin candidates.
Hello,
Karnataka is the only state which allows non residents to take part in the counselling process through state quota.
So you can apply to Bihar and Karnataka only to be eligible for state quota(85%) seats.
