No this are not equivalent course. BCA is bachalor of computer application and BTech in CSE is engineering course in computer science engineering. BCA for 3 years course and BTech 4 years course. You can't study all important subject and project in. BCA but you have to study all this things in CSE. You have to coding in CSE and know more details about the computer. But in BCA you have to know basic in computer and some language you have to study.
