THE TECHNO INDIA UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED BY AN ACT OF STATE LEGISLATURE VIDE ACT- WEST BENGAL ACT OF 2012.

TECHNO INDIA UNIVERSITY IS A FULL FLEDGED UNIVERSITY AND NOT A DEEMED UNIVERSITY. TECHNO INDIA IS SPECIFIED BY UGC UNDER SECTION 22 OF THE UGC ACT.

NAAC ACCREDITATION IS NOT MANDATORY. AND ANSWER IS NO TECHO INDIA IS NOT UNIVERSITY ACCREDITED.
