Students from other states like Telangana are very much eligible to give WBJEE. If you don't have a domicile of West Bengal then you are not eligible for government colleges. If you comes under any reserved category then this will be not applicable and you will be consider as general candidate. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination or the WBJEE is a state-government controlled centralised test for admission to many private and governmental engineering institutions in West Bengal.
